Lauren is one of my very oldest friends so it was such an honor for her to ask me to capture her wedding! It was on the Fourth of July, so it was very festive and definitely my favorite Fourth of July party I have ever been to:) We could not have asked for a better day. It rained just enough in the morning to cool down the temperature, but held off for the outdoor ceremony, making for the perfect weather for photos, and well for all the guests too:) Lauren and Chris make such an awesome couple, and I’m so excited for the both of them! And THIS is why I love Lauren so much…
Ahh, Lauren! So gorgeous!
Lauren made all of these bouquets by hand. Her advice to all future brides: DON’T DO IT! She said it took forever and would not have done it again if she could do it over. But as an outsider, I’m glad she made them because they look seriously awesome.
These suspenders rock. They nailed the Fourth of July theme.
I could not get over how adorable the ring bearer and flower girl were together!
……..
I had to get out on the dance floor for a little bit, so my assistant Melissa Glidden took over for me and got these awesome shots.
Nice capture by Melissa of me being shoved into the middle of the dance circle against my will. ha
